Did you enjoy your time together, the food and the choices?
Do you go home fulfilled and happy or do you regard it as spent time and money?
When watching TV or listening to audios or using social media,
do you wish to escape the outside world and simply spend time or
do you choose something that relaxes, entertains or nourishes you?
When you clean your home, are you investing time since it relaxes you, or does it drain your energy?
When you care for your plants or your garden, is it stress or expansive for your heart?
Whatever the answer, decide whether you want to continue doing it or find another solution that feels aligned.

Whatever you choose, ask yourself: Is this expanding my Being?
Do I feel this use of time and energy opens my heart, my mind, my senses or does it leave me depleted?
